I am thrilled to announce that I am starting a training and retreat business! This business will provide participants with the opportunity to take a break from their busy schedules, refocus, and recharge. Participants will be able to attend onsite retreats that allow them to learn new skills, stay connected with like-minded professionals, and take some time for themselves.
My training and retreat business will offer both training, relaxation and an interactive environment in an intimate and safe setting. These retreats will offer training in play therapy, EMDR, DBT, Burnout and Stress management as well as other trainings. It will involve teaching, group discussions, interactive training exercises, and more.
Taking a break from work can be beneficial for both participants’ physical health as well as mental wellbeing. Taking part in these activities allows participants to step away from their office environment for a bit while still engaging with their other professionals in meaningful ways. It can also help build relationships between individuals who may not normally interact with each other. In addition to providing an outlet for socializing with participants in a relaxed environment outside of work hours, these trainings and retreats will provide participants with the tools they need to achieve success both personally and professionally.
I am very excited about this venture into the training and retreat business! It is my hope that these services will help foster meaningful connections between other professionals while also providing them with valuable learning experiences that can benefit them both inside the workplace as well as outside of it.
