We have two 4-Bedroom Signature Villas:  One will be the heart and soul of the retreat gatherings and therefore will have a reduction in price. It has ample room for everyone to stay, play, and relax in comfort.  The living and dining areas is where everyone can come together for meals and training.

This is where we will serve, Sunday dinner, breakfasts, and lunches.

Objectives:

2.  Identify individual triggers and stressors that contribute to burnout.
3.  Develop coping strategies and techniques to manage stress and prevent burnout.
4.  Create and practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
5.  Assess your environment for a supportive work environment that promotes work-life balance.
6.  Discuss the importance of setting boundaries and saying no to prevent overwhelm and burnout.  
7.  Identify resources and support systems available for stress management and burnout prevention.
8.  Design an action plan to manage stress and prevent burnout in the workplace.
9.  Implement effective communication strategies to manage stress and promote a healthy work culture. 
10.  Create a personalized action plan to implement stress-reducing strategies in daily life.
