all breakfast, majority of lunches are included.  Your accommodations, training and the outings planned by the hosts.

Yes, you may however, you must have a private room.  Your guest can participate in everything that they wish.  You can reserve a guest spot at the time of check out.  

Yes, each retreat will offer CE's.  Mind Body Spirt Retreats is a NBCC approved provider.

You may cancel your retreat reservation minus the non-refundable deposit, only if the cancelation is made 120 days or more before the start of the retreat.  Any cancelations after the 120 days of the start of the retreat are nonrefundable unless special arrangements are made with the retreat hosts, which is made at the full discretion of the hosts.  

All money is refundable IF the hosts need to cancel the retreat.

Yes, All room options include payment plan options for either a one-time payment or monthly payments after the initial deposit.

The official itinerary will be released closer to the retreat.  Although, you do not have to participate in all of the items on the itinerary.  While you will be given opportunities to explore the area, this does not mean you have to attend all parts of the training.  However, if CE's are involved you will only receive the amount that you attended the training portion.

“Mind Body Spirit Retreats provided a true retreat experience with lots of learning, but also lots of time for exploring and rejuvenating oneself. We were housed in a beautiful cabin overlooking the gorgeous mountains of Gatlinburg, TN while we cozied up on couches and filled our minds with new information. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone, and the hot tub and game room provided the cherry on top! Every morning I walked downstairs to freshly brewed coffee and a hot breakfast that was deliciously created by Jim! We got ample time to rest, explore the area, ask questions of the trainer, and build community with one another. Our trainer Rhonda Souder presented complex information in a format that was easy to comprehend and implement. I’ve already used much of what I learned to support clients! This was a wonderful weekend away and I’m already looking forward to the next Mind Body Spirit Retreat!”
